Matthew 15:1-20
What is the issue here? Pharasees had concerns on washing hands before eating, but Jesus asked them to wash their hearts. Faith is not about outward habits, rather it is the tendency like Jesus does. Matthew 15:21-28
The Canaan woman asked Jesus' mercy as calling him Son of David. She never minds called as a dog because she was urgent to have compassion from God in order to heal her daughter. How shall I bring my request to God? I have to stand as I accept I cannot live without his mercy. This is the greatest faith!

Although Israelites ignored pagans, Jesus had compassion on them. When Jesus did good works for them, happened the miracle that they glorified God of Israel. Now, through Jesus the way to God is open to everybody. It drives us to share God's love to all our neighbors. They have still needed our love since that time.
